Admin Numeric Pagination

Replaces the Contents pagination with numeric page navigation.

Removes the default First|Next|Prev|Last pagination in the contents page.
Replaces the contents pagination with numeric page navigation.
Better results when combining with bludit Author Manager plugin, which replaces the author content pagination more logical.
