Adds a contact form to a page or post. For mailing also an SMTP account can be used. Furthermore also a custom template can be used.
The theme must have the 'pageEnd hook' which is where the form will be inserted. In addition to sending via regular PHP email, sending via PHPMailer is also possible (configuration in the plugin of the required fields).
Customize your form template by creating the page at '/bl-themes/YOURTHEME/php/contact.php'.
