Manage post authors and fixes author pagination.

Display the author of each post below the post on the Content page, with a clickable author name.
Display the number of posts by each author next to their name on the Users page, with a clickable post count.
View each author's posts separately.
Fix post pagination for individual authors and prevent empty pages.
Change the author of a published content from the Advanced tab in Options menu
